Using the EVOLTREE BLAST service it is possible to do BLASTs against sequences currently available in the project and sequences downloaded from NCBI.

The following species are currently available:

• Fagus
• Fraxinus
• Glomus
• Laccaria
• Lymantria
• Picea
• Pinus
• Populus
• Quercus

It is possible to to BLASTs against EST, Nucleotide or Protein databases.
