The course was organised by the EVOLTREE network (within the work package JERA2 - Population Genomics).

The participants were mainly members of the EVOLTREE network: doctoral students, post docs, and other scientists

The goal of the course was to provide basic background on the theory and methods for analyzing sequence variation. The course included lectures on theory and on analysis methods, and computer labs for practicing data analysis.
