Course on Fungal Genome Annotation

The Tree-Microbe Interactions Department at INRA-Nancy offered a two-day course in Fungal Annotation and Analysis. This course familiarized attendees with Joint Genome Institutes eukaryotic annotation methods, tools and computational pipeline for annotation, but also additional manual annotation tools (e.g., Artemis, Appolo).
