3rd Tuber Genome Consortium Workshop

To Friday 28 November 2008

25 participants from 7 different labs joined the meeting.

The aims of the workshop were to get an update on the current status of the genome project, evaluate the progress of data mining and analyses and discuss the next HT sequencing projects aimed to investigate the intra- and inter-specific polymorphism.

Good progress was made in all fields and clear goals and deadlines for the next activities were defined.
