Applied Molecular Ecology Amongst the invited speakers were internationally known names such as A. Widmer, D. Tautz, J. Hickerson, A. Eyre-Walker, O. Savolainen, D. Pontier, J.C. Glaszmann, N. Stewart, N.J. Ouborg, P. Taberlet, B.K. Epperson, T. Städler, J. Ross-Ibarra, K.D. Whitney, K.F. Müller, J.R. Panell, M. Lascoux, H.P. Linder, B. Haubold and others.

The conference had approx. 350 participants, almost 40 speakers, and many presentations selected from previously submitted abstracts.
