| The Modelling Platform serves to exchange data between a number of genetic and ecological models. Output of one model can be used as input of another while the Platform takes care of he necessary conversion and realignment of the data.
The EVOLTREE modelling platform group focusses on forest dynamic models.
Five models developed by different partners are involved:
- EcoGene by vTI
- ForGem by Alterra
- MetaPop by CNRS Orsay and INRA Bordeaux
- TransPopRege by INRA Avignon
- VentouG by INRA Avignon
