International Conference

The International Conference on “Population and Conservation Genetics”, organized by IUFRO Unit 2.04.01 – Population, Ecological, and Conservation Genetics in collaboration with the Asia-Pacific Forest Genetic Resources Programme (APFORGEN) will be hosted by the ICFRE – Institute of Forest Genetics and Tree Breeding in Coimbatore, India.

The conference will take place from 28–30 January 2026.

This conference continues a long-standing series on population and conservation genetics and marks the first time it will be held in the Indian subcontinent, offering a unique opportunity to connect with experts in the field.
