Workshop on Cork oak woodlands: an ecosystem in the edge of climate change

The main objective of the workshop is to present cork oak woodlands to the participants, highlighting aspects like climate change, genetic variability, ecophysiology and ecosystem threats.

The workshop will take place in the form of lectures and oral presentations given by the participants, followed by roundtable sessions. There will also be a chance to visit laboratories where cork oak studies are being conducted and to go on a one day field trip.
