Reimbursements

If you work at an EVOLTREE  member organisation  then you can get your expenses reimbursed up to 600 Euros for the training course or up to 800 Euros for presenting your work at an international scientific conference!

Training reimbursements are available for PhD students, postdocs and permanent researchers while conference grants are awarded only to PhD students and postdocs.

In order to do so, once you were awarded a reimbursement and have completed the training course or attended the conference, please send the following to the EVOLTREE secretariat headquarters (see address below):

• The originals of the receipts and invoices related to the course expenses (travel, accommodation costs, meals (except alcoholic drinks)).
• A completed expenses form.
• A short report on the training event or a conference. The report should include your statement about the training or conference for the EVOLTREE website and a statement that you agree to the content of the report and your photos being published on the EVOLTREE website.
• A pdf of your poster or presentation (conference reimbursement). Please specify if we can post your presentation at the EVOLTREE website.
• One or two photos for the EVOLTREE website (make sure that all persons depicted in the photo agree with the publication of the photo on the EVOLTREE website)

The form and all relevant documents are to be sent at the latest one month after the workshop by email and to (we advise each participant to keep a copy of them, in case they get lost in the mail):
