Learning objectives:
The main objective of the course is to show a set of applications for next generation sequencing (NGS), aimed mainly at students or researchers who may need them for research or to strengthen their training plans. Rather than complex or deep information on a specific technique, the aim is to provide students with a wide introductory vision of these applications.

Recommended applicant profiles and admission requirements:
Graduates in Biology, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Environmental Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy and Chemistry, mainly.

Students who are not university graduates may be admitted on this course.
